Exchange & Return Policy – Al-Ma‘shouq Oud & Perfumes Store

All purchases made from Al-Ma‘shouq Oud & Perfumes Store are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Completing a purchase constitutes full acceptance of these terms.


First: Order Acceptance and Cancellation

The store reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order in certain cases, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

In the event of order cancellation, the full paid amount will be refunded for prepaid orders.


Second: Notifications

Upon completing a purchase, the customer agrees to receive all order-related notifications via mobile phone or email.


Third: Exchange & Return Policy by Product Type

1. Oud Wood

  • Up to 3 grams may be used for testing purposes only.

  • If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged per tola/ounce.

  • The oud must not be broken or tested with water.

2. Oud Oil

  • Skin contact is not allowed.

  • Testing is permitted only on a piece of fabric or tissue.

  • Mixing with any other substance is prohibited.

3. Rose Oil

  • Not eligible for exchange or return due to its high sensitivity.

4. Perfumes
(Hair perfumes – air fresheners – personal spray perfumes)

  • Exchange or return is not allowed once the packaging has been opened.

5. Saffron – Frankincense – Rose Water

  • Not eligible for exchange or return, as they are food products highly sensitive to external factors.

6. Differences in Packaging Appearance

  • The shape of perfume or oil bottles may vary depending on manufacturer availability.

  • Quantity and quality are guaranteed; any difference is purely cosmetic and does not affect the product.

7. Prayer Beads (Misbahah)

  • A detailed description is provided for each item, and customers may request additional photos or videos through customer service.

  • If a return is requested without a manufacturing defect, shipping costs will be deducted.


Fourth: Return Period

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days only from the date of order receipt.


Fifth: Shipping Costs

  • The customer bears the full shipping cost for both delivery and return.

  • In cases of “free shipping” offers, the customer will bear the return shipping fees according to the shipping company’s rates.

  • The remaining refundable amount will be transferred to the customer within 10 business days after the product is received from the shipping company and its condition and weight are verified.


Sixth: Delivery Responsibility

The store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, especially during holiday seasons.


Seventh: Wholesale Orders

  • Price quotations are valid for 3 days only.

  • Wholesale orders are not eligible for exchange or return.


Eighth: Manufacturing Defects

In the event of any error in order preparation or if a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we commit to bearing all related costs and resolving the issue as quickly as possible to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
In this case, the issue must be reported within one week from the date of order receipt.
